***** Highly Recommended ***** Had an urgent job in Croydon to replace locks after a burglary and gotten a few quotes. So glad I chose Master Locksmiths. They were courteous and efficienct and the gave me invaluable guidance without trying to upsell locks, which were unnecessary, and explained things to me in a way which is so rare these days. Not only that, but their price was almost 50% cheaper like for like than one and 20% less than another. Brilliant company and local firm which i think you have to support these days over the big corporate firms trying to disrupt the market. Well done guys.

Amazing company. Anyone who responds to a weekend email the same day - you get a good feeling. They quoted their call out fee and fixed THREE different locks without charging a penny more. They perservered at repairing the locks (all with different problems), rather than suggest replacing them - and all locks repaired within the hour. Great work Oli & Paul. Highly recommended. M&C

My front door lock failed. I rang Master Locksmiths London at and explained the issue with the lock. He told me what he thought was wrong and gave me a price to fix which I took. He said the locksmith would arrive within the hour. Sure enough the locksmith turned up within the hour, took the faulty barrel out of the lock and explained to me why it had failed. He then replaced it and the front door is now locking again. Excellent service.
