I’ve been there countless times for regular service, and I bring my car to them whenever anything comes up. They are always quick, accurate, and incredibly thorough. Their “Vehicle Condition Report” keeps me completely in the loop—detailed, easy to understand, and sent straight to my phone. It doesn’t get more convenient than that. Kyra and Kyle are absolute stars. They always check in to make sure my car is in good hands, and they’re a pleasure to deal with every single time. Exceptional Customer Service It was my first time at Master Mechanic Ajax and I spoke to 3 different people (either on the phone as I was calling for quotes and appointment booking, or in person when I brought my car in), the customer service was amazing. They were knowledgeable and honest and really just about helping their clients. I was quoted an absurd cost to fix my side mirror by the dealer, and Master Mechanic Ajax told me exactly what I really needed to fix and did it at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

After being referred to eight different shops in Durham through my Lubrico warranty — none of which actually worked on Mercedes vehicles — I finally called Master Mechanic.
