Wonderful people, very friendly and professional. But……. Do not bring you well kept older vintage historical plated vehicles to them. Believe it or not I take this van to car shows. Funny right!? People love it. My hydraulically actuated hatch was forced open destroying the seals in the cylinders which provide lift to open and close the rear door. Please see the photos. I built this van…. they broke it. It’s my handicap 1992 Dodge Grand Caravan which has a specialized system that opens the hatch and lowers a ramp using hydraulics. The hydraulic pump $1000 Two hydraulic piston/ cylinders $500 times two Expensive to repair. Now that’s on me to deal with. I contacted corporate because I’m not the type to make a scene. I was mad at first. I let it go when they forced and broke my hydraulic system. The review was five stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ …. but then I noticed broken plastic panels they didn’t tell me about along with broken door sensors. (Lights remain on) If they broke them and told me. Not a problem. Fact is they didn’t tell me. I find that to be a problem. Zero stars but the lowest I can give is one star. ⭐️ ☝🏼 This is after they already costed me thousands in hydraulic repairs. I still left them a five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ review but after the small broken bits they didn’t tell me about. Now I was even more mad. I also have a restored four speed 1979 Pontiac Trans AM, six speed 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 and a five speed 1987 YJ Jeep that I will not be bringing to them. HELL NO 👎🏼 They did give me $15.00 dollars off when they wrecked my hydraulics after they realized how upset I was so….. that was nice but then later I find other damages as I previously said….. I figured I should mention this at least. Just remember if you have special custom vehicle to let them know ahead of time on how they function. Even if they dismiss you. They dismissed me when I originally tried to explain. I can’t afford nice things so I build them I have to take care of what I do have. It also means I have to treat the road with respect 🫡 My skill set is built from hard earned knowledge. I don’t make a lot of money so me repairing the hydraulics will take months to save up and replace.

Hello, I’m sorry to bother you and I’m not going to call in. It has come to my attention that you wreaked the hydraulics in my son’s van and ignored him and his request to make this right. Before this happened you said on the phone that you do handicapped vehicles all the time. You were obviously wrong. After the fact on the call with my son you said that you “ gently “ opened the rear hatch that is hydraulically actuated. He explained it to me that if you force hydraulics as it’s a non compressible fluid you will break the seals. Now his van does not work properly and as he is a nice person he said he would call corporate and mistakenly left. He figured Krown would make it right. So I am very disappointed in both my son for not having this addressed at the time of the incident but also disappointed in the service with the lack of responsibility for the mistake when he trusted you as you told him you work on these handicap vehicles all the time. You were again mistaken. This disappoints me greatly. It will cost us thousands to fix the damage you mistakenly caused my son’s van which was his dream van believe it or not. It has come in handy as I am older. Thank you for reading this far. I appreciate your time.

We go to this location, even though it’s not the closest one to us because they have more appointments available in a shorter time. And they’re friendly and fast. I brought a book in, sat and waited at a table with a chair and it was not a long wait and the weight room was comfortable enough.

Amazing people and amazing service at this Krown location. I've been coming here for 2 years now, and every time I walk in, I'm greeting like family, which is the best part. Getting rust protection is the bonus. Highly recommend coming to this location and getting your yearly spray.
