As soon as the roofing materials arrived, the crew got started and finished the installation fast. When another job was rescheduled, they moved me up in their schedule, so I got my new roof much sooner than expected. They even provided drone photos of my roof before and after, so I could see the damage and the great results. Jamie was quick to answer any questions by text, so I never had to deal with missed calls. I really liked that it’s a family-run roofer, and more than one family member came out to help. After they finished the roof, they cleaned up all the old shingles and even picked up some extra debris in my driveway. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. I felt like they truly cared about doing the best, most efficient job possible.

Everyone we dealt with, from phone calls to in-person service, was very friendly and polite. After the job, they took drone videos of the finished roof to make sure everything was perfect. The gutters were also well taken care of. I highly recommend this roofing company. The initial inspection and estimate were completely free, even if we had decided not to go with them, while other companies wanted to charge a lot just for an inspection. A roofing company replaced our roof recently in Richmond. From our first meeting with Landon, everything went smoothly and we were completely satisfied. We were kept updated on our project start date, and the team arrived right on time. The crew worked hard from sunrise to sunset and finished our entire roof in just two days. The clean-up was excellent—you could barely tell any work had been done, except for our beautiful new roof! We are thrilled with their service and highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
