5 star service. Roy was honest with the repair issue and found the actual problem. I was quoted 3000+ at another location for my a/c. He found the problem- fixed it for 1/2 the amount. When I picked my car up, there were treats in it! I just got a thank you letter in the mail. In these days.. this kind of service is few and far between. I will never take my car anywhere else. The receptionist was also amazing (I can't remember her name) I highly recommend this place. Don't buy a new car, go see Roy!

Roy and his team provide great auto service. It is nice having a service I can trust. There are too many auto repair shops out there that try to sell services you don't need or are over priced on what you do need. It is a little out of my area but worth the drive and time. The new shocks on my truck have it riding nice again.

I really wanted to leave a better review for this place because they came recommended by a few people. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. I dropped my car off on a Thursday morning and had to call them multiple times before getting someone to talk to me the following Tuesday. I completely understand that I am not the only customer and they had other cars to work on. It just would have been nice for someone to call and say they're still working on it instead of me having to call multiple times. The man who finally called me didn't sound confident that he knew what the issue was. But we decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. This was less than two weeks ago and now I just went to go to the store to find that my car won't start. So tomorrow we'll be having it towed to another mechanic because I have zero confidence in this place. I'm giving two stars because the ladies at the front desk were very nice. -------------- Updating my review as 3C reached out to me. Turns out the second issue with my car had nothing to do with the first time I took it in. I'm not 100% positive we'll be repeat customers just because of the original communication issue but I can admit when I'm wrong. Thank you for reaching out 3C.
