Sally SnookCLOSES FOR LUNCH 1pm to 2pm!! I've tried several times to edit the opening hours of Boots, Castle Cary because the shop closes for lunch. Each time it's been changed back to open all day.
Margaret DenmanYour online opening hours should be updated according to your tatty opening hours list on the door. The pharmacist has a most unpleasant demeanour, no points to her for customer care, saved by other more pleasant staff. A Boots I’d totally avoid except emergencies.
Catherine CookJust plain rude in my opinion, I came to the door at 1pm and there were customers in there so I assumed all was fine only to have the woman behind the counter run to the door, shove me out and slam the door and lock it on me. I understand the pharmacist is going for lunch but say it politely and I’ll turn around and walk away, don’t literally shove people.
Lynda BroomPhoned this morning to see if my husband's prescription was ready. Told it was but needed to be checked by the pharmacist and would be half an hour. Called in at 3:10pm and waited in a queue for 25 minutes to be served. Then informed it was still waiting to be checked by the pharmacist. Finally ready at 3:50pm. What a shambles!!!
