I brought my BMW G82 M4 in to have a titanium intake installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, transparent, and detail-oriented. Jarid and his team took the time to explain the process, kept me updated throughout, and treated my car like it was his own. I had some issues on my end for the part and Jarid reassured me that it will be ok and let me get a replacement, in the meantime Jarid let me park my car with no fee in their lot. Very understanding and trustworthy. If you want your car to be in good hands these guys will do it

I had services done at Matrix back in October, and although it’s taken me some time to finally sit down and write this review due to a busy schedule, it is more than deserved. From the moment I walked into the office, Jared was the light of my day. He immediately offered to help and took the time to listen to my concerns. He quickly resolved my first issue with my key fob and got me registered into the system, which instantly made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Both Jared and Culver were exceptional—professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. Culver went above and beyond despite everything that was going on that day. I had an unexpected issue with a dead battery, and although I unfortunately don’t remember his name, Culver arranged for someone to come out and assist me. He even drove ahead of me afterward to make sure I didn’t run into any additional issues, which truly speaks volumes about his dedication and level of care. I’ve previously been getting my services done at the Range Rover dealership in Tigard, but the customer service at Matrix has completely won me over. When this team says they’ll call you at 2:00 PM the next day, they call exactly at 2:00 PM—that kind of reliability is rare. I also greatly appreciated how seamlessly Culver handled the back-and-forth with my warranty company, making what could have been a stressful situation incredibly smooth. There is so much to praise about this team—from communication to follow-through, everything was top-notch. I will definitely be returning to Matrix for my future services and repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding customer service. — Sandra

Matrix Integrated West has been taking care of my 2 Audis for years (2010 Q5 and 2018 S5). Jarid and Brittany are like family! I trust them to take care of my 2 German cars and keep them running at top performance. They help me make decisions on what’s necessary on the old Q5, and what can wait so I can save up for a worn out part - it is 14 years old with 140K on the odometer. The work is always done right the first time, and there is total transparency in the progress. You really gain a sense of trust working with Matrix. We highly recommend the Matrix West Team!!! Update: the 2010 Q5 is now 15 years old and just turned 165,000 miles. Matrix is keeping her running at minimal cost. Jarid and I have set a goal to get the Q5 to 200K miles. I know we’ll make it with the expert help from the Matrix team!

I bought a 22,000 mile 2016 BMW Z4 35i and initiated an oil change program at the local BMW dealer. I was informed the oil pan gasket was leaking and would cost around $1800 to replace, due to the amount of labor on the N54 engine. I called Matrix, which gave me solid service 15 years prior with an Audi A4 and asked for a quote - it was ~$1200, so naturally I brought it there. Culver, one of two excellent service advisors, called to let me know the oil pan gasket was just fine - the leak was coming from an oil feed line to the rear turbo, and collecting along the pan gasket. While the cost to repair was the same (big labor involved), proper diagnosis and repair saved me time and expense. The car was repaired, cleaned up and inspected after a shakedown drive. No more issue. That's fine service! I stopped in a few weeks later with an intermittent DCT shifter issue. At no cost Jarid (the second excellent S.A.) brought out his scan computer, diagnosed and cleared the fault. He told me if it happens again to return and he'll do what he can. Fantastic. 15 years ago my A4 rebuilt transmission was acting up, and the owner told me he could chase the internal fault for serious fees, or I could sell the car and get out of it, as I've received my money's worth from the vehicle @ 140,000 miles. Solid advice, as I bought a new car. I could easily have sunk more cash inti the Audi if not for the owners honesty and integrity - which I why I never forgot about the operation and turned to them when I bought the Z4. It's a great business with professionalism top to bottom. Their rates smoke the dealerships (big overhead there!) and they're integrity and mechanical skills set them above anyone I'm aware of. Don't expect super cheap prices, as they specialize in premium cars with advanced engineering, and the work is both involved and meticulous by nature. It's a pleasure to know a place like Matrix Integrated is here for my service needs - it's a total winner!
