I have been told that if I return my order, I will be refunded only a portion and that I will have to pay the shipping costs when it was not for a reason attributable to me. I am very disappointed. I will not buy again.I purchased a Patagonia "friction" belt through the yatdsstore.com website and received the belt with a different buckle than the one in the photo posted on their website, so I requested a return and refund but they wants to make me a partial refund when its only their fault.

The only store in sheffield that stocks Red Wing brand boots. Shame they only offer a selection of small to average sizes. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Absolutely no fault of theirs that they don't stock my size. I do wish the management would consider stocking or, even at minimum, providing the option to order larger sizes. With it being a premium BIFL brand at a premium price, trying these on before purchase is a non-negotiable for me. Was hoping I could squeeze into a smaller size, the only 11 they had available, but no luck. Tbh, maybe it was good for my account as if they had my sizes in. I would have likely brought the Moc toe 1907 and the 8875 plus the iron ranger 8085D. 10/10 staff, though. Would recommend the store to others.

Where do I start… So I purchased a And wander bag from yards store sheffield. I got home and realised the bag wasn’t for me and it was smaller than I realised when looking at it in store ( totally my fault I get that ) so I went back to store to return it. They gave me a credit note in which you can only spend that credit note in store ( not online ) again this was fine. I couldn’t find anything in store so I left it and went home. I then went on yards stores website and found a few bits that I liked and I noticed that you could do a telephone order. So I rang up the store to order the bits id seen online so that I could go into store , try them on and then use my credit note to purchase them. So after a week 1 item arrived but the other I was waiting on. The guys in store took my name, email and number to contact me once both of the items arrived in store. 2 and a half weeks later I’d still not heard anything so I went into the store to find out what’s happening. I got passed from pillar to post by staff members as I was told “ sorry I didn’t deal with this transaction so I know nothing about it, joe who sorted the phone ordered isn’t in today” which left me standing there like a Lemon wondering what to do?? So I went home and they told me they’d chase it up when Joe was working. The day after Joe rang me to tell me 1 of the items had arrived and they were waiting for the other….. ten minutes later another chap rang me to tell me that 1 of the items had arrived but because non of the staff had communicated that item had now been sent back to the warehouse and sold to someone else.. and the other item I ordered has been sent to the Manchester store and had been sat there for weeks. So in the end I was told that I can’t order via the phone to store as they can’t trust their own system or staff. I’m a big collector of clothes and wouldn’t usually do this but this has been such a process and mess around for me to just get 2 items. I would NOT recommend buying anything from this store unless you are 1000% sure you like it. Very unprofessional service and a joke of a system. I was happy to see yards had opened a store in sheffield but as a business owner myself I won’t be recommending this store to any of my customers. They have offered me 15% off the 1 item which should be arriving in store this week but after travelling to store twice ( half an hour away from my house ) it’s just not enough and I really am disappointed in the hassle and mess around they’ve cause me. If they just accepted returns this whole process would have never had to happen If I could leave 0 stars then I would
