She provided information on each and we love that they are made to order AND made in Ontario. We were shopping for a custom sized mattress for our trailer and were pleasantly surprised that it was only $50 extra to order the size we needed. We were allowed to try them all and we did not feel rushed. We made our choice, paid and the mattress arrived quickly. We picked it up and had it set up and ready to sleep within an hour. It is so comfortable and we are so very happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend "Mattress by Appointment" in Owen Sound.
