I had horrible experience with Mauro Insurance Group. I chose this agency because it is just in my neighborhood, but they are the worst in keeping in touch with clients and making efforts to understand clients needs (I couldn't agree more with Sofi N.). I purchased auto insurance and wanted to add home insurance, but they hadn't sent me a quote until ONE YEAR later. Plus the quote they sent was way too expensive because they never bothered asking what I wanted. Also if you leave a message in their voice mail, good luck, you will hear from them a week later only if you are lucky. The worst part is that when you think that you've had it and want to end the relationship with them, they will make it very difficult, trying to know who your new agent is and sabotage your new policy. Mauro Insurance Group is a total shame on the insurance industry!

After visiting with Jessie Mendoza at Mauro and having several very professional, cordial conversations with her along with having the opportunity to meet everyone in the office, I truly feel the responsibility to reflect on how organized and well-polished they are. The office is very nicely decorated, organized and state-of-the-art. There is always a respectful staff member at the front to greet you when you first walk-in. A big plus is that they are bilingual. Having that ability truly helps make the clients feel comfortable and at ease. Communication is smooth and very helpful. Jessie, Roxanne, Vins and Guadalupe really help you feel at-home while discussing important business and that is exactly why I wanted to take the time to reflect on my experiences with the entire office and share it with the community. It is so important to have such a professional group like Mauro in the area. I really hope this review helps others as it is my honest opinion of what I experience. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THIS PLACE!!! Their quotes and prices are absolutely the worst, they charge so much for a policy that you can get much cheaper elsewhere. When you go to cancel your policy they refuse to do so even though they said they will and then will not answer phone calls or emails.
