And this despite the fact that the inventory was low at the time since we were out of the typical Boston rental cycle and needed something quicker. His entire service was great and efficient, from sitting down with us and carefully looking through all viable options, to viewing, to quick and concise communications and to finalizing the rental - everything was totally smooth.
