I was visiting Quebec and looking for a place where I could get a day pass. Honestly, I’m so glad I found this spot. Kaven at the front desk gave me such a warm welcome and really took care of me. I also had the chance to meet the owner, Vincent, who was amazing and made me feel right at home. They offered me a great deal for the day pass, and the whole experience was just perfect. Super easy parking, brand new equipment, and a great vibe overall. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area.

Went in to get information about their packages and rates. The girl at reception obviously did not want to answer my questions. She tried to give me short answers and rolled her eyes at me. She was completely rude, and didn't know simple information (rates or course info). She quoted me $70 per month when I had a quote from their online inscription for $53 per month and then said that it was the same thing...again, eye roll. I left, and went and joined Nautilus Plus instead, where the staff were nice, welcoming and well-informed.

The staff speaks English. they are extremely polite and helpful. Equipment are limited but then its also not too crowded. I'd say its worth the buck.
