During our HVAC tune up, we were told by one of the leading service providers that our 10-year-old furnace needed replacement due to a crack in the heat exchanger. Naturally, seeking a second opinion, I turned to Nextdoor app and saw glowing reviews for Home Comfort Systems. This led me to contact them, and I had the privilege of meeting Steve. Steve came over to check our furnace and gave us an honest opinion that nothing was wrong with it, and that it’s good to go for another five years. He performed the check free of charge. It was heartwarming to experience such honesty and trustworthiness. Steve's integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out to me, and I felt compelled to share this positive experience. Thanks to Steve, we saved a lot of money, and I am genuinely happy to see that there are still people out there who prioritize their customers' interests over their own profits. My furnace went out on a chilly sunday. Instead of having to move our family overnight to a warm home, Mike was able to troubleshoot the problem in 5 minutes through the phone. It was a simple fix of the pressure tube having a hairline crack in it. He saved me valuable money and time. I am incredibly thankful for him and will absolutely use them again in the future.

I cannot say enough about Mike and his team. Not only are they extremely responsive, but they consistently perform extremely high quality work for lower prices than anyone else in the region. One time our AC froze up on a very hot summer day and Mike came out, diagnosed a dirty filter, and didn’t even charge us. He said it will thaw out and run ok. Anyone else would have charged us $200-$300 to add refrigerant, but not Mike. On another occasion, Mike walked me thru how to diagnose a short circuit over the phone (I have some electrical experience). He successfully talked me through the procedure and I was able to get our system up and running without needing a technician to come out. Mike and his team are exceptionally honest and transparent. I even have his number saved as “Mike, Honest HVAC”. We are planning to replace our aging furnace with him. Highly recommended for all HVAC needs.

This is the only place you should call if you need HVAC. Steve leads with integrity and is looking out for the homeowner. If anything happens to your HVAC, call them first. You won’t need to call anyone else.
