He answered all my questions about a new electric installation and set up routine annual maintenance for units the original contractors failed to do. YOU NEED TO USE THIS COMPANY! I’m blown away by the customer service and experience. My water heater went out this morning and after I called RCI, I had someone at my door in AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! Terry and Joe are the guys who did the work and they were GREAT! They were knowledgeable, explained exactly what’s going on and what they’re going to do, and were so punctual and professional. After they installed the new water heater they offered to clean up some of the water, went over how to use the new water heater, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left. Everyone who works for this company is caring, reliable, and respectful. (Not to mention affordable!!) Call them today!
