The Hola Maya team made my dream of owning a property in Tulum come true! They are professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. From selecting the property to negotiate with the constructor, everything was very professional.

Investing as a foreigner is always a challenge and an aspect that might turn people off especially when it has to do with dealing with international authorities, taxes and just the general sense of living. I came accross Pierre & Arsene, two well traveled and spoken individuals that explained to me their background and it automatically grabbed my attention. They are both two foreigners that have not only started a business abroad but have had to deal with international real estate purchasing themselves (as they`re property owners as well) therefore proving that they can help individuals replicate that process. After speaking with them and getting introduced to the multiple real estate projects I was impressed, not only their prices but also the payment plan and how they adapt to the everyones currency. I personally was able to acquire an apartment on pre-sale for under $150k, 2 BD 2 Bath and over 100m squard in playa del carmen. That same building also had a lot of amenities like bowling alley, cafe, boxing ring, gym, pool etc.. Coming from Europe where that same 150k would of been enought for a garage. Anyways.. they both helped me understand the legal procedures and procurement information as well as negotiating for the best project and plan. I recently went to check out my "soon to be apartment" terrain and it all looked incredible and a great sense of satisfaction, especially when you buy in paradise. Anyways once again, after this way toooooo long review ill just leave off with recomending these two individuals for anyone that is looking to have a home or second home in Riviera Maya. Guided me throughout the whole process, negotiated for me, and will continue their guidance until my apartment is 100% good.
