Jennifer ArnoldCalled less than 24 hours to move appt from 8am next day to noon. Didn't actually show up till 1pm and neither person spoke English. I asked for Move out clean and tried to call, text and use chat with company during cleaning to verify as I could already tell it was not a move out clean that should have taken 3-4 hours. After only 1.5 hours cleaners left. Base boards had not been done, sinks were still dirty, a toilet wasn't clean and overall not what was agreed. They charged more than the quote online. I have been trying for a week to get company to contact me to adjust price based on what was actually done. Have called and emailed with no response. I would advise not to use this company. They do not stick to schedules they set, do not do the work as promised, and do not work to make things right when situations like above happen.
Craig LaValleWe hired them for a standard clean. We use them twice. We switched to Texas Cleaning Services because our other cleaning service would unexpectedly cancel too often. Edit: we have now used them three times. I originally rated them two stars because the first cleaning was merely okay and the second cleaning wasn't even that. But they called and asked if they could earn our business back. They sent a new team of two cleaners and they did an absolutely amazing job. We didn't get a chance to do our normal pre cleaning tidying up so our house was pretty messy. But you would never know it by the end result They did a great job everything is very tidy and clean. I currently have them rated at four stars. If I were to rate them based on this last cleaning alone I would give them five stars. If they keep up this level of work I will revisit this review and give them five stars. My advice for any new clients is that if you're unhappy with the first clean let them know right away. I wish I had. They are capable of doing a cleaning that will delight you.
Mercy DBI'm giving them 3 stars because I got a few good cleanings out of them. I had a monthly recurring service and they sent a different person each time no matter how many times I asked for the same person. Because of the different people, the quality of work was never consistent. The last time was the worst service I received; I called and informed them but there was no solution offered to rectify the cleaning or issue even a partial refund. Their services are not cheap and there are other competitive cleaning companies. I cancelled my services and got a much more attentive and affordable cleaning company. I hope they get it together and wish them the best.
