Fred GrumittWe were quite disappointed in the end with Alex. He came round 3 times regarding an underfloor issue. Wasn’t able to sort the problem the first time (we were charged £150), came round again and said it was a pump issue (we were charged £75), then came round for the third time as the heating was still not fixed. We were charged another £150 and we were told that the problem was completely unfixable. I don’t see why we couldn’t have been told that initially. Alex was very nice- but the problem was not fixed and we were charged over £375 (and never sent any follow up steps to help out). He also always seemed like he was in a rush and we never got his full attention- or effort, which was a shame.

Quick to diagnose the issue and order some new parts for a full toilet replacement with transparency around the issue and how to resolve. This was replaced really quickly, I recieved a quote from a different plumber- Alex did this in half the cost and half the time as well to a great standard. Super friendly guy, will be using for any other issues moving forwards - provides great value for his customers.
