I have been going to Brampton Family Dental for years. My go-to person is Ida. She is patient, friendly and courteous. She always explains anything and everything to me. Always asks if I'm doing ok during my visit. My teeth always feel super clean when I leave the office. The office itself looks clean and staff are pleasant.

Please don’t go there. I went there for my tooth ache they did the xray and told me root canal needs to be done or you can extract that so I chose extraction however when I went for the extraction they charged me for the xray again. On top of that it took more than 3 hours for the extraction as the lady doctor over there wasn’t able to do that and in middle of the procedure she told me that they need to refer me upon insisting that how can you ask me to leave with my mouth bleeding and half tooth extracted gracefully they found another doctor after making several calls then he came and completed the procedure. Then when I went again for the remaining treatment of fillings and caping they asked me to pay 325$ even though I was having cdcp upon asking how the difference raised as they told me to pay 200$ in the beginning for the whole treatment and now it’s just half way so how it comes to 325$ then they waved it off immediately. I am feeling a victim of scam don’t go there

We have recently switched our dentist. My son and daughter in law and grandkids come here. When arriving and leaving, the atmosphere so totally different. It's positive, inviting and from the beautiful ladies at the front to the dentist and hygienist etc at the back. Everyone is nice, helpful and accommodating. Easy to talk too, professional yet have fun. I am very Thankful for each person that works there. I didn't mention any names, because if I forget someone, they will get mad at me, and I still have to go back in a couple of weeks. 🤣🤣. I have never been a fan of the dentist, but the staff at Brampton Family Dental always make me feel comfortable. The hygenest was gentle and would stop and ask if I was ok or if I needed a break. The Dentist was very friendly and explained in detail what was happening and what the future plans were for my teeth. I was immediately greeted by the front desk assistant who was also incredibly kind and professional when dealing with her customers. I have been coming to this office for many years and highly recommend them!
