Can highly recommend this company. Good website to order appointments easily, pick the time that suits you 👍. Tried to phone initially but no answer, BUT they did call back when free, and I’d already booked online. Booked Wednesday evening, got Thursday morning appointment, turned up well on time, assessed and fixed within an hour. Also great value, certainly cheaper than getting a new dryer, paid by card. Will use again if needed.

Our washing machine was making a rattling sound and generally smelt when we used it. The team identified the issue, cleaned it, were friendly and professional and it’s sparkling now. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

I had my washing machine cleaned yesterday as I had noticed a very bad smell while using the washing machine and had to do something about it, luckily mb domestic services was really easy and quick to book and did a fantastic job, they found a make up remover pad lodged in the washing machine no doubt that didn't help the smell either. I have used my machine today and no more foul smell, really pleased. I would not hesitate to contact them in the future if necessary.

EDIT: for those wondering why they got one star, just read their reply. The irony of posting such a poor attempt at justification and not realising this is likely to put people off tells you all you need to know. Companies and reputations are built on how you react when something goes wrong and not your five star reviews. Turned up before appointment time and because I was out left a card to rebook. When I rang to check said appointment was a ‘window’. Then didn’t reappear or tell me they weren’t coming. Avoid like the plague Just rang me insist I take this review down. Wouldn’t accept they’d done anything wrong and was incredibly rude Apparently this doesn’t suggest they weren’t coming back
