So they offer diminished value claims on vehicles, but they don’t take the cases. It’s really misleading. Why do they offer to do it on the websites or on the overview but then tell you that they can’t this company is not what it seems. I would never choose them ever.

I fell down these faulty stairs at my apartment which I had already fallen once before but the garbage bag was recycling and it broke my fall this time I had a small little bag I was throwing towards midnight so it had just turned to a new day and it was dark but I had the hall light on and when I stepped down I fell and I had to lay there for 3 hours with no help I'm really damaged bad and Morgan help me so much it was so kind and compassionate on the phone and they told me it will help me with anything I need one step of the time so I'm very grateful for them I feel like you're doing good work and I will keep you updated

First steps of speaking with the case manager was amazing and took my concerns very seriously about the fact that my other firm I was working with was Lacking Communication, feeling like they wasn’t representing me correctly and the lack of process in my case. I hope that I continue to have great experience. I have been dealing with my injury since 8/19/2024 and my firm now just almost a month now is deciding deal with all this unprofessionally.
