McAllister & Donovan Law Office

We have bought and sold 24 homes, this was the worst experience ever. Morgan never went over numbers with us when we went into sign, this was an absolute first as all lawyers always do this, and questions are answered....that didn't happen either, then got a call to go back they forgot to have some documents signed, they misplace the documents from the mortgage company regarding bridge financing, registered the sale price as higher then what we paid, tried to tell me it wouldn't affect assessment, that's not true as confirmed by SNB. When I contacted them a week after being told that would be corrected I got snapped at by Holly telling its been done and it wouldn't affect my taxes or assessment even being uncorrected. 2 weeks later it still wasn't done and SNB confirmed they had no paperwork. At this point my realtor contacted them within a cpl of hours it was corrected with SNB. The whole experience was a shite show and completely unprofessional. I cannot recommend, will never use again. You pay professionals to do job and do it right this was anything but right!!!!!!

I utilized the services of McAllister & Donovan Law office for the sale of my moms home and to take care of the probate of her will, Morgan and Holly made it a stressless experience with total professionalism. would highly recommend.
