My experience at McCallum Wellness & Chiropractic was truly excellent. From the moment I stepped in, it was clear this is a clinic dedicated to overall well-being, not just addressing symptoms. The chiropractor not only effectively fixed my persistent back pain but also provided invaluable advice for my overall health. I highly recommend McCallum Wellness & Chiropractic for anyone seeking dedicated and effective chiropractic care in Thunder Bay.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all, I’ve been made felt uncomfortable and unwelcome after all the money I’ve put into this Chiropractic care, The main guy here asks super personal questions and isn’t ethical at all asking me about personal investing in the place, the woman there also invades my personal space and when the chiropractor male doctor tried showing me an exercise to stretch my back, for no reason she just came and stared at me while I was trying to learn an exercise making the situation super uncomfortable she had no buisness in the first place just coming to stare at me considering I don’t receive any care from her, on my way and I’ve been coming here for months, I over heard them talking about me not receiving a refund which I was just waiting on the outside door which they presumed I left but was listening to what they had to say, they guy on my last visit was super agressive and started shaking in anger like he was going to hit me which I was scared considering this is supposed to be a doctor he cannot keep his composure and shouldn’t be getting aggressive with patients who already have care paid for, I still have like 13 appointments left which I will be reaching out for the rest of my refunds due to the unethical behaviour and body language of the chiropractor he also refused to give me an adjustment due to my medical card having a slight crumple in the paper which the whole card was visible to read, he then proceeded to get aggressive towards me shaking and had his fist balled up like he was going to hit me.

I started off seeing Dr Bill and then Dr Chris took and the care has been life changing. With a chronic headache issue, chiropractic care has been the best decision I've made to help cope. I have said a few times if I didn't do something, I'd be on disability. Getting an adjustment a couple times a month keeps my headache issue manageable. Dr Chris is really great. Really nice and empathetic person.
