We're absolutely thrilled with the job that Justin, Hayley and team pulles together on the sale of our 97 year old aunts home in Stoney Creek. The selling of a property that has been in our family for 70 years was a ride through a full range of complex emotion and one that my aunt felt fully engaged in thanks to the very direct guidance offered by Justin. Justin was right with us as we made decisions to prep the house for listing with suggestions on what needed to be done. He and his team put together a very professional promo video on the property that not only served in the selling cycle of the property but was watched repeatedly by family to help reassure my aunt that a proper process was in place.
