After eight years, America Makes, the National Institute for Additive Manufacturing, in Youngstown, OH needed a facility update. We were introduced to McConnell Marketing through our Architect. The McConnell Team has consistently been nothing short of amazing! They (Katie, Allie, Megan, and the entire team) listened to our vision for the facility and truly took it beyond my wildest dreams! When I say, wildest dreams, I sincerely mean it. The team listened to a $20-50M renovation idea and captured it in Phase 1 & 2 for less than 10% of the initial dream cost. The McConnell Marketing Team, throughout the project, which is still ongoing; has been beyond professional, attentive and responsive to their clients needs and desires, adaptable / flexible to last minute requests, enthusiastic, and ALWAYS make us feel as if we are their #1 priority! (I know they have a large portfolio and are extremely busy, but they always took the time. If I emailed, I received almost an immediate response; if I called, someone answered; if I asked for a meeting with very short notice, they were present; and sometimes, they were in the area and would just stop by between meetings to check on progress and see if we needed anything!) The impact of the renovations and designs by McConnell Marketing will leave a lasting impact, on Additive, Youngstown, and the Nation! I don’t often complete reviews but if I could rate McConnell Marketing higher than 5 stars I would! They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and will forever be my “go to” in their industry!
