I work with Cain’s Law Firm, and they are absolutely awesome and professional. The attorney assigned to me, Reuben Torres, was incredibly kind, caring, and attentive. We were involved in an accident over a year and a half ago, and throughout the entire process, Reuben was amazing. He answered every phone call promptly and took the time to answer all of my questions — even those that came in the middle of the night and weren’t always related to the accident. He truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for a friendlier or more dedicated attorney. He got me everything I asked for — and more. Wonderful and caring attorneys and staff. The entire team did a wonderful job. The receptionist were very professional and accommodating. Monty L. I entered my information online. One of the attorneys, Walter, called me back and left a message to set up an appointment. I then called back and played phone tag for a couple of days before finally getting an appointment. Two hours before the appointment he called me stating he was sick and he would call back me back to set up an appointment. That was last Friday afternoon. I called today to set up an appointment and nothing has happened, he has not returned my call and no one has been able to help. I asked the office staff if they could schedule. Only he takes care of his schedule and only he takes care of the case type for what I need. He never asked questions, got me confused with who I was and just didn’t seem interested. I had to move on to someone else, and I already have my case moving forward.
