What a great convention center! Wear comfortable shoes and if attending a large convention know your transportation routes, busses etc. before you arrive. I encountered many helpful employees throughout the building. Convenient business center and plenty of food and beverage options! I had an amazing experience attending the National Restaurant Association 2025 Trade Show!

Great convention center with nearby hotels please be cautious that the transportation in and out of this place is very unorganized very slow from the Metra train. You may buy a ticket and it may never show up. It does not have accurate schedule posted. Taxi cabs are very rude and very expensive Coming from Las Vegas the tradeshow capital of the world other than the beautiful location in downtown Chicago, the infrastructure of transportation is not well developed so maybe not the best place for a convention that has a high volume of attendees.

Had a great experience here for the CNX convention. Plan for parking in advance and the place is huge so you may have to ask questions. Clean environment and great staff. I look forward to more events.
