When you rent from them for 4 years never a issue never late never bother them and then right at the holidays you're told they aren't renewing your lease they are selling the house and we have to have it painted and sale ready! Wish I could leave less that 1 star! The list given was paint all the walls Put new bulbs in all fixtures and a tons more those were just my favorite!
