ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS. Peter told me one price. Then we set up insurance. Half way thru the first month he told me there was a miscalculation and my insurance was about to double and i owed an extra 1400 bucks. I called around found 3 brokers who could insure me for less than what peter originally told me. I tried to get an answer out of him for almost 3 weeks, but peter decided to wait until today (the last day of the month with tomorrow being Canada day) to let me know about the price hike. Crooked practice do not use this broker. Instead call anywhere else

Absolute horrible service. I requested an insurance policy quote on their website for home insurance well over a week ago. I never heard back. I made a second request again online for a quote three days ago and also heard nothing. No response. I then telephoned their Barry’s Bay office to follow-up and inquire why I haven’t heard back. After being disconnected, I immediately called back and the receptionist said the request for a quote is sent to Belleville, and “whoever decides” to pick up the quote request there will call which they never did. If this is how they respond for a quote requesting possible new business, how would they respond, if at all, to a call to help with an insurance claim? I definitely don’t have any confidence that I would be in very good hands with this failed insurance broker. Very pathetic and extremely unprofessional business with an obviously unresponsive and poor work ethic . . . Bob T. - Barry’s Bay.
