Teli xOTook days to respond to get an appraisal. A lot of me chasing the sales person (Charlie) without getting any follow up. Finally the next follow up I had received was the vehicle was sold. It's unfortunate. I won't give a complete one star as one person shouldn't bring the rating down like that, but I can say I was disappointed. Edit to add: communication would have been nice throughout the process. Pictures of the vehicle would have been nice as well as requested. Replies to texts or calls for updates would be great when trying to make a sale. The overall process could have been better. You can take my review how you see fit , or try and train staff a bit better in order to make sales. Thank you for your response.
