WORST shipping company I have ever dealt with. As a business I cannot depend on them to even pick up my shippent on time let alone deliver it within a reasonable time period. It took a WEEK to pick up freight, should have been delivered by then. When calling to explain issue, they where rude and unhelpful and have a habbit of hanging up the phone while your still talking. Please take this review to heart, I have realistic standards of how a business should operate and this company falls way short.

The most unprofessional disorganized business I have ever dealt with . The level of service is beyond poor , I waited 2 extra days to receive a delivery that was scheduled two prior days before . After making approx 20 calls to Christopher both on the Friday and Monday , he still failed to remember me. Please avoid his company .. even Deborah had zero answers to the level of incompetence , and she is the manager of customer service.

Very poor customer service. Shipped a crate from Manitoba to Brantford with them. and 2 weeks later the same crate, product and weight back to the same location in MB. One way cost $415.76 the Other cost $607.30 Called twice to ask for a reason, didn't get any intelligible answers and was told I would get a call back. Never happened. Will certainly not recommend
