Mcknight's Pharmacy

I was travelling to Hamilton from Toronto for the weekend and realised halfway there that I’d forgotten my medication. Thankfully my doctor was able to send a prescription through to a pharmacy in Hamilton and McKnights happened to be the one closest to my friends place. The pharmacist was so friendly and kind, he also called my usual pharmacist in Toronto to get my insurance details even though he knew I was only going to get the one prescription dispensed by him. I can see why this pharmacy is voted the best in Hamilton. If I lived here I wouldn’t go anywhere else, they really care about their customers/patients.

This might be my second review for this pharmacy but I just feel the need to add another. I moved from Shoppers just down the street because their customer service was just awful. I am so glad I chose Mcknight. The customer service I get is amazing. They recognize their customers. They go above and beyond for their customers. They are kind, friendly and clearly I can't say enough nice things. If you need a new pharmacy, hands down the best you will find.

i moved from shoppers because i want to support a local pharmacy, not loblaws. after only one interaction i am confident i made the right choice and that the quality of my healthcare will benefit from dealing with people i know by name and who know me by name. it was a lot easier to transfer the details over from shoppers than i expected so if you are looking for an alternative to a corporate national pharmacy the serves its shareholders, not its customers, and you are local, i would very much recommend this pharmacy
