Amidst conversations of building strategies, Rob and I swapped stories of business endeavors and motor-cross adventures. All along my dragged-out journey, Rob always made time to answer my phone calls and provide me with sound advice to challenges I had continued to run into. Long story short, I received my Certificate of Occupancy a little over a week ago, and would never had been able to do it if I had not had help from Rob at the McNeil Engineering firm. I do land acquisition and development for a National Home Builder and we have used McNeil for several residential developments and have been very pleased with their work and also their pricing.
