MD Custom Construction

The good folks at Maryland Custom Construction did an excellent job on my new garage. Great attention to our space and design style needs, as well as all of the construction details to make it a reality. They were very accommodating and flexible. I highly recommend Mike Bassford and Eric Burdette and their crew to anyone looking for a new home, addition, or out-building.

MD Custom Construction designed our new deck / screened porch and took our backyard from unsightly to cozy, in other words to a place we will actually use! A big shout out and thank you to Mike Bassford our construction manager and Eric Burdette our construction foreman for their due diligence, expertise and professionalism from the start of the design process to the completed project! I have a tendency to be very detail oriented, and I very much appreciated Mike and Erics willingness to engage in collaboration which made the final product even better! I trusted their experience and inputs every step of the way! I would also like to shout out to the team that worked very hard especially Francisco, Alex and Brian! Francisco and Alex did all of the framing and decking installation in the brutal heat and humidity of the summer. Their work was outstanding and significantly contributed to the overall beauty of the deck / porch! Brian installed new french doors and a new kitchen door and made it look like they have been there forever! I'm sorry that I do not know the names of all of the people that worked on the project, but just let me say that they were always professional, respectful and very good at what they did! We will definitely be going back to Maryland Custom Construction for our future projects!

From the very beginning I was impressed with MD Custom Construction. Every detail was brought to my attention. Mike explained everything from the permit process to all the inspections that were to be done. They let us pick the materials we wanted, and listened to all the ideas we had for our deck. The project manager, Eric, kept us informed throughout the construction process. The building crew did an outstanding job. They moved at a quick pace while showing great attention to detail. My wife and I are more than pleased with our new front deck/porch. We will definitely choose MD Custom Construction for our upcoming projects.
