I Initially had some complaints and concerns with MDWest One. The automated system and wait times makes it very hard to contact anyone and had to leave many messages. Was eventually given a direct line and it streamlined the process. They performed back surgery on my husband. The entire team was professional and took the extra effort to ensure he was comfortable. He was nearly unable to walk prior to the surgery and almost immediately showed improvement. They improved his quality of life and we are forever thankful for the service.
