The bathroom design was beautiful, and the work was solid. However, following an unexpected delay, there was pressure to pay early (before completion), and there was an oversight regarding electrical standards that added extra cost. The final result was good. Update: to clarify about the pressure to pay early. We had an indefinite-seeming delay due to a bureaucratic issue with the authorities, during which Mido first asked me for a review and then sent a series of very assertive emails trying to get me to pay the second instalment before completion, citing a need to pay the builders. I didn't want to pay early (after all, my bathroom was, while largely done, not actually complete, and the remaining issue was quite serious as it presented a safety hazard and was hard to resolve, and the arrangement had been half the money up-front, and half on completion) so I didn't. 7 months later, I was able to resolve the issue with the authorities and the work proceeded to completion, after which I paid the second instalment.

Very professional and high quality! I came across SimpleInteriors on while I was searching for a team of project managers and builders to refurbish our newly bought flat.
