Absolutely terrible service, initially i gave “Jon” my ipad due to me cracking it; my mistake. But after he “repaired” it, i noticed the screen wasn’t properly glued onto the frame of the ipad and my face id wasn’t working. The job was so bad that my screen legitimately fell off of my ipad, resulting in ANOTHER broken screen. I bring it back to him assuming they would take fault for the bad repair but they said i broke it by myself! Then he tried to charge me another 300 to fix it again. At this point i was tired of all the arguments and negotiated it down to 150. But i didn’t even have the chance to pay because he hasn’t given me my ipad in almost 2 weeks! This place is horrible. I would give it 0 stars if I could. NEVER COME HERE!!
