I really wanted to have a great experience with this company especially after reading some of the positive reviews but unfortunately I was quite disappointed with the service I received. I booked a move out clean, which I expected to be a thorough deep clean of the entire home. When the cleaners arrived only one initially showed up and mentioned that the other was running late. Since I was being charged an hourly rate for two cleaners I found it frustrating why one would arrive 30 minutes late. The cleaner then mentioned she wasn’t sure what was supposed to be done so I had to clarify that this was a full move out clean, including appliances and walls. The clean was far from what you would consider a deep clean. The cleaning felt incomplete in several areas - insides of drawers and shelves, corners of the sink, the top and sides of both the fridge and oven. The walls, windows, and blinds appeared to have been barely touched. It was also clear that no effort had been made to clean the basement, despite it being a standard part of a move out clean. I returned later in the day expecting the job to be nearly done, but it wasn’t. One of the cleaners asked to stay longer to finish the clean which I agreed to, but I never received a text or update when the job was finished - even though I had mentioned multiple times to let me know when she’s done so I could keep track of the extra hours she took and to lock up the house. When I came back later that evening, the house looked about 50% done. After speaking with the owner, I was informed that one of the cleaners was new and shouldn’t have been assigned to certain tasks. This was disappointing to hear, considering I paid nearly $600 and expected a properly trained team. The owner did acknowledge my concerns and agreed to send a team back to correct the issues, which I appreciated since I didn’t have 3-4 hours to redo everything myself before my scheduled walkthrough. Unfortunately, the follow up clean still left me disappointed. While cleaning the carpets myself, I realized they hadn’t even been properly vacuumed - especially the stairs. My carpet cleaner kept clogging with hair and debris confirming that this step had been skipped. I will attach pictures below. This experience has left me regretting that I ever booked in the first place. For the amount I was billed I expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. I don’t think the team was properly equipped or prepared for a true move out clean. While the communication was respectful and the effort to correct the issues was appreciated, I ultimately wouldn’t book again based on the overall experience and outcome.

We had Fresh Living stage one of our houses for sale and were very happy with service. The house looked great and we received lots of compliments on the furnishings. It certainly helped people picture the home as their own! Would definitely use again.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE Chantal is a highschool mean girl. She lied and said disgusting things to me on the phone when I asked why she refused to clean my home. Several false statements were made about the state of the home and then Chantal threatened to use her relationships with local business people against me when I questioned what was happening. She is a dishonest, mean and a bad business owner. Saskatoon is over saturated with good cleaning companies, don’t waste your time on this one.
