Ended up seeing Laurie at the Oakville location. She saw me for 22min once entering the assessment room. I received no exercises to take home, no further instructions for my neck/back pain. And no plan for future bookings. I was told I’d need to see her 2-3 times a week. Initial assessment was 165$. She is a very nice person but I felt scammed out of money with nothing to show for it. Ended up booking elsewhere for physio with much better results, where my initial was almost 2 hours for assessment and it was 125$. I received plan of action and exercises to do.

Laurie is an incredible physiotherapist! 5 weeks ago I had ACL and meniscus surgery and started seeing her 3 times a week immediately following my surgery. I've seen great improvements in my range of motion and overall great recovery and I owe it all to her!

She was able to relieve and pin point the location of my injury. Even after just one session I was feeling a huge difference. Always had a great experience and left feeling better than when I walked in.
