EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED – BUYERS BEWARE I purchased a 2025 RAM Rebel GT from Mississauga Chrysler on June 27, expecting a smooth experience and a reliable vehicle. Instead, I’ve encountered serious mechanical problems, complete lack of accountability, and zero professionalism. Here’s what I’ve experienced — all within the first few weeks: 🚨 Problem #1: At just 1030.7 km, a warning light appeared: “Illumination Unavailable – Service Required.” 🚨 Problem #2: At 3712.1 km, the engine light came on. 🚨 Problem #3: The backup camera stopped working — on a brand-new vehicle. 🚨 Problem #4: After leaving the vehicle with Mississauga Chrysler for service, I returned to find the windshield cracked. No one informed me. Only after I asked, they admit someone took the vehicle for a test drive — yet gave no explanation for the damage. I immediately called to request video footage and a proper investigation. I have been ignored ever since. Multiple follow-ups, and still no answers, no responsibility, and no resolution. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a dealership that claims to sell and service premium vehicles. I paid for a new truck and instead received: ❌ Multiple system failures ❌ Physical damage while in their care ❌ No communication or follow-up If this is how Mississauga Chrysler treats customers after the sale, I strongly urge others to stay far away. I am still waiting for an honest explanation and a proper resolution — and I will not be letting this go.
