Lifesavers. Excellent customer service 👍 Oil light had come on my dashboard needing oil. I could not open my bonnet with the key and was desperate to get it fixed ( A common fault apparently with the Mk 2 Ford Focus) Anyway, called them on a Bank Holiday as my usual garage Halfords said it wasn't in their remit. Spoke to Riley who suggested I come down and he'd have a look. On arrival the Staff were really friendly and Riley got to work. I watched as he spent a good hour trying to prize the lock out testing his patience to the full !!! He finally managed to get the bonnet open. I had great regard for his stoicism. Then in the Office the guy at reception asked me if I wanted to order the new lock or did I want them to order on eBay ? I thanked him but asked him to order. He did this in front of me and said the best he could get it for was £20 and 30 mins labour ( For the hour Riley spent on it already) plus 30 mins labour to fix the new lock next week came to a total of £85 !!!! I was over the moon with the price and care they went to and just generally surprised as everything seems to cost a fortune nowadays. I will definitely recommend these guys. The staff were extremely helpful. They went to great lengths to sort out the problem with my car, especially as this required sourcing a difficult to find part (owing to the age of my car). Very honest, reliable and helpful staff. Highly recommended!
