The staff is friendly and very helpful. They sent me home with just what I need and clear instructions on how to apply the products. The excessive rain we had this summer led to a green pool and they helped me fix the issue.The pictures show how my pool went from green to crystal clear in a day and a half.

We are pleased with medallion. They delivered on every promise and our pool kit was completed without issues. Now, buyer beware: they sell you a pool kit --- You need to hire installers, concrete guys, figure out what to do with excess dirt, hire fence installers, hire gas plumbers, pull permits and schedule inspections. It can be done ✔, but it is NOT easy. I suspect this is why they have such a low star rating. Make sure you understand the effort involved before jumping into this project.

Well… our pool work has come to a screeching halt. Medallion Pools reassured us specifically that everything was in for our pool before the hole was even dug. The heater was being brought later due to their not being room on the initial trailer. Fast forward to yesterday and they called to let us know that the heater was not in fact there, but they would send a “better more expensive” heater at no cost. Great right? Heater gets delivered and plumbed in, guys leave for the day. Yeah they sent a propane heater when we have natural gas… call Medallion only to be told they have no natural gas heaters in stock at all and they are back ordered. We paid for this pool in May!! 6 months they had to get everything together!! Flash to today, and supposedly the original heater will be here in 5-7 business days. We can’t have the electrician do the work waiting on this, we can’t have the plumbing for the gas line done, the trench for the gas is already dug as it should have been run yesterday, and the pool is sitting full of water getting dirty with no filter running. Medallion’s response: “looks like someone robbed Peter to pay Paul giving your equipment to someone else and all we can do is say sorry.” Just beware that even if they sell a good product they don’t necessarily care about your experience once the check is cashed.

First, great customer service. Eye catching showroom with everything to satisfy your jacuzzi, spa/hot tub and pool needs. Like a candy store of all things pool related. Great resource for the tri-cities , Richmond, and surrounding area.
