One of the best experience - I went to multiple pharmacies checking for a medicine and informed that it's a compounding medication but no one informed that a lower version was available over the counter. It was Raj and Jatin who called back and got me the right medicine in time and informed me well about the medicine and usage. Highly recommend the Mississauga road location for your medical needs.

I am writing to share my experience at your pharmacy on the evening of March 31st at approximately 6:30 PM. My doctor had sent a prescription for insulin and insulin needles to your pharmacy. However, the pharmacist on duty at that time displayed a lack of professionalism and attentiveness. She did not take the time to explain how to use the insulin and, instead, advised me to search for instructions on YouTube. Furthermore, she incorrectly informed me that the insulin needles were not included in the prescription and insisted that I purchase them out of pocket which I did. After following up with my doctor. He expressed concern that the pharmacy did not contact him directly for clarification and was disappointed that I had been asked to pay unnecessarily. I would, however, like to highly commend and thank the pharmacist Dharika, who assisted me over the phone today. She took the initiative to thoroughly review the prescription, confirmed that the needles had been already been prescribed/included, and guided me through the reimbursement process. Her professionalism and helpfulness are greatly appreciated. I respectfully urge the management team to address the issue of customer service, particularly ensuring prescriptions are reviewed carefully and patients receive clear guidance on their medications. Experiences like these impact both patient safety and trust.
