We came from India as tourists, and during our trip my daughter Anikya fell sick due to dehydration . We went to Al Jalila Children’s Hospital, and I must say it was the best decision. The doctors and staff were extremely supportive, caring, and knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and treated my daughter with great care. Within a short time, she recovered and was back to her cheerful self. The hospital is very well-organized, clean, and child-friendly. The staff made us feel comfortable even though we were away from home in a new country. I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend Al Jalila Children’s Hospital to anyone seeking medical care for their children. They really go above and beyond to take care of patient.

We had an unfortunate Emergency with my son amd was admitted to Al Jalila for 13 days it was not easy and so overwhelming for us but the entire Medical Team ensured that our Son Zack was taken care of in the most loving and caring ways. Since the moment we entered, in the PICU we particularly remember Sarah, Zyra, April who recognised Zack from 6 ywars ago and was so hands on and knew instantly that Zack needed a little extra TLC. Zack was finally transfered to Ward 4 where he welcomed with open arms, Eman and her entire team immediately stepped in and took car eof Zack with such love and grace A special thank you to: Uma,Bayan,Nadiya,Hepshiba,Susan,Ganga, Micah (the nurses) a HUGE thank you to: Dr.Majid - Pulmo Dr..Safina- ENT Buthaina, Jojo (for supporting me and checking in on me too) Dr..Jaydev & Dr. Omar in the Ward who answered all our questions with such patience RTS:Zyra, April,Najib as well for ensuring Zack's ventilator and settings were monitored ensuring Zack stayed safe during the entire time. We recently spent time at Al Jalila Children’s Hospital, and while hospital stays are never easy, the nurses in Ward 2 made all the difference. Their kindness, compassion, and genuine love for the children shine through in everything they do. They cared for our daughter, Lily, as if she were their own — with patience, gentleness, and heart.
