I have to thank this organization for their excellent medical support as I made an elbow fixation surgery for my son and they immediately did it even though it was on Friday. I Have to thank especially Dr waleed shawky consultant orthopedic for coming especially to make this surgery as soon as possible as well as Dr andrijana serafin consultant anesthesiologist. I also want to thank all staff members including nurses that made the whole stay very assuring and helpful.

This hospital doesn’t respect their appointments Had an appointment at 2:30 but saw the doctor after waiting for 50 minutes at 3:20 The visiting doctor Dr Imhoff was not professional and didn’t Show any interest or respect after we waited all this time. We had a bad experience and advice everyone not to waste their time with such so called hospital. If we could rate 0 star we would have done it.
