My last visit here the staff members really did an amazing job. My 8 year old was so sick, we took her here because she had so much congestion and she was having a hard time breathing normally but when we got there they called us back and she had a sudden urge to be vomit the staff members quickly came to assist and help her they even gave us a vomit bag when leaving and it came in very handy with out it I would've had vomit everywhere in my car on the way home, the breathing treatment they had her do helped give her a immediate relief of the heavy breathing she was experiencing. I'm happy they took it seriously because that's the most I've ever seen anyone congested. They prescribed her stronger medication than your normal case of congestion. Yesterday she finally finished all her medicine and she is back to normal. The staff members also help us to get her a Nebulizer machine covered by her insurance so we could give her breathing treatments at home that was a big help too. Great work from a great staff!

The attention from Dr. Michelle R is very bad. KING they don't worry about anything and rather disrespected him ah my dad didn't check me well or anything you are good at taking money out of one's pocket and you are not good at improving health what an outrage I don't know how they put medical students if one's life is in danger apart they don't even want to attend you I don't. How do they call themselves (doctors) if they are great mediocre bad care but go see they are good at charging between $15,000 to 20,000 dollars just to have you sitting or lying down and being told that you that you have nothing when one actually feels bad what a lack of respect gentleman

I had a extremely exceptional experience. Everyone was nice and courteous except for the receptionist was a little rude to me but besides that the staff met my needs explain things where I could understand them and seem generally to care about my health and well-being. Overall great experience

Please try to avoid the Med Center at all cost. Whether that's urgent care or not. I've had questioned another bill in the past without success, but this time is really bad. Went in for a strep test, and had to do a visit with the doctor. They quoted $136 for the visit and $85 for the strep test. Not only is this already expensive, compared with a $30 test at Sheldon's, but now they are trying to get more, under the excuse that you sign a paper that says that they "may charge more depending on the details of the visit." You call and they say that they do not have an itemized list of the services, even though I know that the only thing that was provided was a temperature test, pulse, and strep test. They say that it is up to the coding department, but apparently the "coders" can make up whatever codes they want. They can "escalate" the level, independent of what was provided. Now I am being asked just to talk to the financial agency, which is simply in charge of collecting money. This is a total rip-off and you should avoid, even if they tell you that they are running discounts if you pay in cash and in full for your visit. The coders will find ways to charge you more money.. If it is during regular hours, try to go to a Sheldon's. If not, go to Graves Gilbert. They are much better when it comes to price transparency.
