Was gifted a first time user discounted service. The massage was great. Although, I didn’t agree to continue with the membership that was offered and was charged for it without my consent. I tried calling to get this issue fixed but instead Ally the manager at this location failed to help me with my inquire instead got frustrated and hung up and told me to call tomorrow with Amber because supposedly we agreed to a membership by giving my card which was never explained because I thought I was only paying for my one time service and was mentioned by the lady at the service desk that if I wanted to keep my reward I would have to call within 3 business days to keep my reward and notify them if I wanted to continue with the membership as well but ally kept contradicting saying that I had 3 days grace to cancel. Which is not what was told to me on the day of my massage last month. As a head manager you would think she could help me with this issue but instead kept saying this has never happened and that if I wanted to look into the cameras I wouldn’t be able to hear what they said to me because theirs no audio. This is fraud and everyone be careful when walking into this location. She was very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Headquarters was reached for this matter.

I booked my wife a surprise massage through the online portal, when I went to book and check out it stated to pay at end of service so I left it as is. My wife went got the massage it was fine got offered a membership and DECLINED it, she mentioned it to me I thought it was too pricey and we left it at that. Fast forward a month and we get charged again but now with my card instead of hers as we have our joint acct. spoke to Allie and stated “we can’t start a membership unless you hand us a card” which obviously my wife handed her card to pay for the ONE TIME service. Allie refused to refund the amount stating they “never” start a membership without the persons authorization or card and said “my assistant manager would never” do that. Opened a case with the district offices, please be aware of continuous charges from this place without authorization

Massage Envy at the Fountains is a great place for relaxation and self-care. The front desk and manager, Ally, are always kind and helpful. Ally recently assisted me with a mishap regarding my membership and was very polite and professional. I've enjoyed massages from Justine and rapid tension relief sessions from Luis. Highly recommend this location and their services!

I cannot emphasize how much this experience really helped me. After a year of having Bell's palsy, my masseuse Veronica helped me tremendously. During this year I have had stiffness on the right side of my face as well as continual dry eye. After my visit my face no longer feels as tense or stiff, and my eye is no longer feeling as dry. Not only does she help on my face but she also assisted in 10 spots on my shoulders and on my back, to the point where I felt at peace there. 10/10 would do it again, Veronica is highly recommended.
