I realise that, one should insist on speaking to management when you feel you are not getting proper answers. After my complaint, the management refunded the full amount of my payment. Thanks. ************** I purchased a ripple mattress from this company a month ago. I bought it for my ailing dad as he had started getting bed sores. Even though I wanted a cushion which was a quarter of the price of the mattress I ended up buying the mattress following their advice. Communication prior to purchase was ok (not excellent). So bought the mattress on a Thursday to be shipped to Kilifi from Nairobi, the following day was good Friday and its also the morning that my dad sadly passed away. Naturally there was no more need for this mattress so I inquired if i could send it back for a refund. I wrote them a message and followed up with a few phone calls. I was told that they don't accept returns. I even asked for a part refund or exchange but nothing was offered. They never got back to me despite saying they will. Mind you, the mattress is still boxed and still hasn't been opened up to now. My message was never replied to and the phone calls yielded no positive results. As for the product review I cannot say much because the mattress is still in the box still unopened but I am honestly so disappointed by their customer service given the circumstances of this particular request. I run businesses myself and I would never do this to anyone even just out of humanity, it's wrong in all ways. All I can say is purchase from this company at your own risk, knowing fully that under no circumstances will you ever get a refund or an exchange.

Purchased an item at the store. The services, prices, quality and customer service are very good. 5 star is for that great service and top-notch customer service. I had given them a lower score but the business redeemed itself and delivered on its promise.
