New and modern facility, much like what I am used to in the U.S. Payments are made by cash or credit card. The invoice was provided upon payment for reimbursement by insurance provider. My next step is to coordinate a phone call between the clinic administrator and Blue Cross Blue Shield for Intl ICD 10 billing. Admin staff friendly, helpful and speak enough English to communicate with non-Italian speakers. The clinic already accepts TriCare. Will update later on M.Ds.

I have been using MediClinic exclusively for all of my medical issues since March 2021. Honestly, now that I have found MediClinic I refuse to go back to using my primary care provider and I definitely will never return to San Bortollo Ospedale. I use MediClinic for all of my needs from gynecology, ENT, Pulmonology, MRI, CAT Scans, and surgery. MediClinic is hands down the most professional with superior staff in this area. All of the doctors I have encountered, have all been specialists in their field of medicine. Everyone from the front desk staff to the surgeons are highly professional and everything is confidential. You leave the same day with an English translation if it’s not ready the same day they send it by email the very next day. Tricare is not only accepted, they cover 100% of EVERYTHING!!! The only time I’ve ever paid out of pocket was before I received a referral. I was anxious to get a second opinion. So I decided to make the appointment on my own. Afterwards, my primary care physician began referring me to MediClinic for all of my needs. I prefer it anyway. Although it’s about an hour drive each way for me. It’s definitely worth it to have the peace of mind knowing I am receiving the best care I possibly can. Also, I feel confident that I am receiving the correct diagnosis each and every time. Well organized and clean. Waiting times can be long, around 30 minutes. But all in all, good experience, nice staff and clean facilities.
