Customer experiences
✨ This was my first time attending an event like this, and I have to say—it was a delightful surprise. The customer service was warm and professional, making guests feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The entertainment was top-notch: the show, the lighting, the atmosphere—it all felt like stepping into a cinematic adventure. One of the most memorable moments came at the end, when the tournament participants, along with the regal King and Queen, emerged to greet the audience. It added a magical, storybook touch that made the experience feel truly special. As for the food, while the portions weren’t extravagant, they were satisfying and tasted okay. What stood out most to me was how well the event catered to both adults and children. It struck a perfect balance between playful and sophisticated, making it a great outing for families or grown-up groups alike. And if you’re wondering about VIP access: yes, it gets you closer to the action, right at the front of the ring. But even without it, you won’t feel left out—every seat offers a great view and a chance to soak in the excitement. Also, with VIP, you can get your pictures taken. Lastly, you can purchase alcohol, and they offer you drinks such as water, lemonade, or soda for free.
Medieval Times is one of the most fun family experiences we have ever done! The show was great. The food had no business being as delicious as it was! For the amount of food they need to prepare at exactly the same time I was not expecting good and it was exceptional. Our whole family had an amazing time. Having a great time here is mandatory. The staff from performers to waitstaff to bartenders to souvenir sellers were all incredibly friendly and engaging. 10/10 experience.
We had a freaking blast! Seriously such a great time. Staff and performers were high energy and drove the experience. They were entertaining and gave a great show from entry to exit. Dining experience was interesting but authentic and fun! Desert was so - so but I was there for the mead and to cheer on the yellow knight!!!! … so who cares
We had such a great time at Medieval Times! Our knight won against the traitor of the alliance, and our section was on our feet cheering. The energy in the arena was amazing from start to finish, and the food and drinks were great. If you’re celebrating something, I highly recommend one of the party packages. My son was knighted by the Queen for his birthday, complete with a photo and keepsake memorabilia. Everyone in our party got photos too, which made it extra special. Between the incredible horses, the dramatic battles, and the interactive crowd moments, it really felt like stepping into another world. We were entertained the whole night, the server and bartender were both attentive during the show. Perfect for kids, adults, birthdays, or just a fun night out.
Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament is a tourist attraction.
