I would recommend this dentist. I went to this dentist to sort out teeth that had been causing a lot of pain The dentist was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail to make sure I understood everything before she worked on my teeth. The procedure was painless and she made sure to check up on me regularly during the process and make sure I knew what was going on at all times. The assistant was also very sweet and made sure to be very prepared which gave me a peace of mind during the procedure. I was given a lot of information and also a guideline in writing to make sure I was informed even after my appointment. The team who worked on my mouth were very professional and made sure I was comfortable at all times during the procedure. The Dentist and her assistant were great and I am glad my oral health was in their hands.

If I could I would rate the dental services received 10 stars out of 5. At age 16 I endured agonizing pain during the removal of my lower right wisdom tooth at a different dentist. After this experience I'd never been to a dentist again for 13 years due to the traumatic experience coupled with the fact that I still had wisdom tooth roots left behind in my jaw. Then at the beginning of 2024 I had no choice but to see a dentist as a top left tooth started giving issues. During this appointment Dr. C. Louw removed said roots from my jaw, pulled the top left tooth as it wasn't recoverable, and finally laid out a plan to restore my teeth. It's been 9 months of gradually working through it all and I can proudly say that I can smile with 100% confidence for the first time in 10 years - don't be fooled though, my confidence increased more and more starting with my first session already. Looking back I can't even remember what my teeth looked like before Dr. C. Louw worked her magic. Billed and happily paid, nary account nor words can describe Dr. C. Louw or the vibe in her operating room. She is a real people person, friendly and vibrant, always provides one with the array of options available per situation, talented tooth sculptor, and best of all - pulling teeth is her utmost last resort. Thanks again Dr. C. Louw. Between yourself, the amazing work you've done, and the ever helpful and friendly assistant and receptionist, I can honestly say that I trust only yourself and the dentists part of your practice to ever work on my mouth in the future.
